The organization subscribes to a plan (Starter, Pro, or Enterprise) that includes a number of Premium credits. The administrator then distributes these credits to members, who then benefit from Premium access on their farm. Credits can be revoked and reallocated at any time.

Your Premium access remains active until the end of the paid period. You then benefit from a grace period of 30 days during which an automatic export of your data is sent to you by email. Your textual data (interventions, observations) are kept indefinitely. Only photos are deleted after 37 days.
